Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by the doorway of humanity.  One summer, when I was a little girl,  I saw my first wedding.  I'd been playing on the beach with my family when I noticed a gathering of people by the water. While my brother and sisters played in the waves, I stood at the edge of the ceremony, still covered in sand, mesmerised as I watched this couple transform what would otherwise be an average summer afternoon into this space of possibility.

It was another twenty years until I remembered this moment.  The inspiration to become a celebrant returned when I was living and working in rural Kenya.  I knew it was time for me to come home to Australia, and I was looking for something to balance out the heaviness of years of social work.

My work is centered around honouring connection.  It is a privilege as a celebrant to provide a foundation for you to carve out moments of meaning and magic during your wedding, to create a sacred space where something profound can unfold.  I will work with you to create a unique ceremony that is meaningful, personal, and one that strengthens connection between you as a couple, and your guests.

I believe in the power of ceremony, its ability to transcend the ordinary and to carry you into the next part of your extraordinary journey.
